Senior Power Electronics Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced power conversion modules for locomotive applications. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product development, from conceptual design to manufacturing support. Key responsibilities include designing high-efficiency rectifiers, inverters, and DC-DC converters, as well as performing thermal analysis and EMI/EMC testing.
Requirements:
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. • 7+ years of experience in power electronics design. • Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD). • Strong understanding of IGBT/MOSFET gate drivers and magnetics design. • Experience with railway standards (EN 50155, IEC 60571) is highly preferred.
Embedded Systems Developer (Firmware)
Join our firmware team to develop robust, safety-critical software for locomotive control systems and sensor modules. You will work closely with hardware engineers to implement efficient communication protocols and real-time control logic.
Requirements:
• B.E/B.Tech in ECE, EEE, or Computer Science. • 4+ years of experience in embedded C/C++ development. • Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers. • Knowledge of CAN bus, Modbus, and SPI/I2C protocols. • Familiarity with RTOS (FreeRTOS) and version control (Git).
Quality Assurance Manager (Railway Standards)
Lead our quality department in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standards and ensuring compliance with stringent railway operator requirements. You will oversee incoming inspection, in-process QC, and final product validation.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering with a focus on Quality Management. • 6+ years of experience in QA/QC within an electronics manufacturing environment. • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001. • Deep knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 standards. • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus.
Technical Sales Manager (Railways)
Drive business growth by building relationships with railway maintenance sheds, procurement teams, and locomotive manufacturers. You will translate technical requirements into winning proposals and manage key accounts across the region.
Requirements:
• B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) + MBA (preferred). • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the Railway or Industrial sectors. • Proven track record of handling tenders and large-scale procurement cycles. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Precision Assembly Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented technician to perform high-precision assembly of electronic modules and electromechanical sub-assemblies. You will ensure that every unit meets our rigorous quality standards before shipment.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (or ITI certification). • 2-4 years of experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing. • Proficiency in soldering (SMD/Through-hole) and using precision hand tools. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams. • Commitment to 5S and safety standards.
