1. General

By accessing this website and purchasing products from Elixir Engineering, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all quotes, sales, and services provided by Elixir.

2. Quotes and Orders

• All quotes provided via the website or email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO) and written acceptance from Elixir.

3. Limited Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

• Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of installation.
• Scope: This warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective part only and does not cover labor, locomotive downtime, or consequential damages.

4. Limitation of Liability

Elixir Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific part in question.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• All products are shipped EXW from our facility unless otherwise negotiated.
• Elixir is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international shipping carriers, or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
