Side frames, bolsters, spring seats, and damper mounts machined from IS 2062 certified steel. Precise bogie geometry is critical, deviations directly affect ride quality and wheel wear. Every component undergoes full CMM dimensional certification before despatch.

Precision Machining
Axle journals, end caps, dust guards, and bearing housings ground to precise tolerances required for correct fit. Substandard journal finishes cause fretting; our parts are ground to Ra 0.4µm and MPI crack-detection certified to eliminate early-life failures.

Load Tested Casting
Automatic and semi-permanent coupler components including draw bars, knuckles, and yoke assemblies. Manufactured from high-impact cast and forged steel with full proof-load testing at 200% of rated pull force, ensuring operational safety margins.

Engine Components
ALCO & EMD Prime Movers
Piston assemblies, liner kits, cylinder heads, and turbocharger-related parts for ALCO 251 and EMD 645/710 engine families. Cylinder liners are honed to IR TMS specification to ensure correct oil retention and ring seating from the first operating hour.

Heat Exchangers
Thermal Management
Radiator cores and lube oil coolers optimised for 50°C ambient operation. Manufactured using high-conductivity aluminium and copper-brass core construction. Every unit is pressure tested to 3× operating pressure before despatch; no exceptions.

Traction Motor Parts
DIN 5 Ground Quality
Gear cases, pinions, and motor components for DC and AC traction motors. Gear tooth profiles are ground to DIN 5 quality — the standard required to maintain drivetrain efficiency and eliminate noise and vibration signalling premature wear.
